In our department you’ll be a member of the High-Volume Fill Line team. We fill, inspect, and package solutions that make an impact all over the world.

Responsibilities

You will be a vital member of the team, ensuring that only quality products are produced. A Day in the Life: During a shift on High-Volume you can expect to have an impact in multiple locations across the production line. Operators are trained in each area of the process from filling to the final product.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment

Skills

During the course of a production run operators need to be able to engage in basic math and counting, visually inspect material, wear various personal protective equipment (PPE), and utilize good judgement while working as a team.

Work Environment

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Pay

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $15.26–$21.05. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
