Operator II

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements.
• Must be able to comprehend documentation requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation.
• Employee may be required to adjust system settings within established guidelines.
• Inspect components to insure specifications have been met. Must be able to complete visual inspections on product.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follows instructions of the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Resonetics policy and good safe labor practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or completion of primary school in Costa Rica.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment preferably utilizing computer aided machinery or similarly equivalent experience.
• Demonstrating the ability to follow detailed technical processes using mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing.
• Use of optical inspection equipment. This may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity.

Physical Demands

• Good dexterity as many jobs require the handling of many small components.

Pay

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19.50-20.50/hr.

Schedule

Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday (M-Thurs, 7a-4:00p; Fri 7a-11a)
