Operator II

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, adjustment and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications
• Support the acquisition of operation plans and carry out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing as required
• Perform cleaning, servicing and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working order
• Support the monitoring of machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carry out repairs as needed
• Identify problems (causes) that occur with machines and support the optimization of processes for troubleshooting
• Administer operational processes and keep accurate records of machine performance
