About the role
The Operator I, Warehouse Logistics can perform warehouse operator functions in a high-paced manufacturing environment. The position can perform warehouse functions including material receiving, material transfers, and the issuance and return of materials to manufacturing or packaging.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform within a team of warehouse & logistics operators performing receiving transactions, material transfer operations within a facility, as well as the supply & return of materials to manufacturing and packaging productions, and the control of inventory.
- Affect the transfer and replenishment of materials between facilities and distribution centers, in accordance with production campaign schedules, to ensure manufacturing schedules and efficiencies are maintained.
- Foster teamwork, between facilities on your shift, as well as between shifts & cross functionally.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is in safe operating condition and receives regular maintenance by conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting any equipment issues immediately to maintenance.
- Operate standup reach and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and appropriate manner more than 50% of the time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to analyze data and develop reports.
- Develop logical processes & techniques.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, have a sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to interface with all levels, departments & shifts within Herbalife.
- Ability to resolve problems.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in warehouse operations and operating standup reach and sit-down forklifts.
- MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook) intermediate level RF scanner use in inquiries and product transfers.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a leadership role.
- Prior OSHA Forklift certification.
