Operator I - 1st Shift

What You'll Do Everyday

• Maintain production supplies at the prescribed levels.
• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow product formulas, temperatures, and times according to BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads regarding product flow for batch mixing.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Notify a Production Lead if stepping off the line to maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Report all production waste to a Production Lead.
• Understand and apply SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices to ensure food safety and quality.

The Aurora, CO team is seeking an Operator I to join their team. This role involves operating machinery, maintaining supplies, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Ability to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Focus in a loud working environment.
• Strict adherence to work/safety rules in a manufacturing environment.
