Operator I - 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Create a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Manage the production process to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Work as part of a team to set up and monitor production of machines.
• Review and communicate production schedules and job requirements.
• Operate machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize assigned areas.
• Communicate quality and safety issues to supervisor immediately.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Forklift experience.

Qualifications

The role is based in Beacon, New York. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM, with occasional weekend overtime required.
