Operator, Heat Seal

Responsibilities

• Complete heat seal and vinyl transfer orders to meet shipping deadlines using heat presses
• Train for various other jobs as needed to help with workflow
• Rezip cases and retrieve replacement garments as needed
• Check placements, striping, pockets, and any other additional options on garments
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment that reflects pride in Workwear Outfitters

Requirements

• Basic communication skills, including reading, speaking, and understanding English
• Basic math skills, including measuring and marking garments
• Proficiency in using RES to track, correct, and update order information
• High attention to detail and quality
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work positively with others
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and work overtime when necessary
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Sewing/embroidery experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

First shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required when necessary.
