Operator - Focus Factory

About the role

As an Operator, you’ll play a critical role in manufacturing or assembling parts that make up lifesaving medical devices. You’ll be directly involved in the manufacturing process and operate automated injection molding machines, making high-precision plastic parts for a variety of world-class clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated injection molding machines
• Makes high-precision plastic parts for medical and industrial devices
• Visually inspect products and report surface and dimension defects
• Packaging parts using a variety of tools, including robots
• Sometimes put parts together by hand
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of experience in production environment preferred, preferably in a medical or Clean Room Environment

Shifts

• 1st Shift | 6:00am-2:30pm
• 2nd Shift | 2:00pm-10:30pm
• 3rd Shift | 10:00pm - 6:30am
