Operator (Expansion) I- 1st Shift

Qualifications

• Ability to perform inspection functions, including visual inspection to detect cosmetic defects and color differentiation of products
• Experience working with solvents (e.g., naphtha, acetone, alcohol) and adherence to safety equipment and rules
• Capability to stand for extended periods within a 30-foot by 36-inch area, with minimal sitting time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically to a height of 36 inches
• Constant walking and some stationary standing required
• Legible writing skills for consistently filling in worksheet data using pens
• Use of safety equipment, including heat gloves, safety glasses, and protective gear as needed
• Responsibility for cleaning the work area using brooms, mops, rags, and all-purpose cleaners
• Thorough knowledge of standard and good-sense safety practices
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and adapt to different situations
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills, gained through relevant experience
• Basic mathematics knowledge is helpful
• Strict attendance and punctuality are essential; unscheduled absences or tardiness will negatively impact production objectives
