Responsibilities
- Check in garments when they arrive.
- Load design onto the machine via computer.
- Hoop garment or item while machine is running prepping for the next run.
- Operate machines while trimming the backing.
- Learn how to adjust tensions for better sewing quality.
- Fix errors if needed on items.
- Attend to detail and multitask.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment.
Requirements
- Sewing / embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
- Basic communication skills to include reading, speaking, and understanding English and basic math skills.
- The physical ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the work shift.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Specific vision abilities required of the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must follow directions well.
- Ability to work overtime – including work on weekends, when needed.
- Good attendance is a must.

Schedule
Second shift hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required daily and on Saturdays.
