Responsibilities

• Perform all VAS-related functions in an efficient and accurate manner
• Able to operate various machines, including sewing, embroidery, engraving, and heat press
• Ensure high-quality standards are achieved by thoroughly reading and executing the Work Instruction Document (WID)
• Maintain daily production requirements and standards
• Audit finished VAS against the order ticket to ensure the order is completed accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Work as a team to accomplish all productivity goals efficiently and accurately
• Other tasks may be assigned as needed

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a tailor shop, alterations, seamstress, embroidery, and/or similar environment strongly desired
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to understand and execute instructions for daily tasks and to read orders accurately
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software, including Gall’s internal systems
• Good manual dexterity, with an ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, work in a non-temperature-controlled environment, and lift up to 60lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines while performing high-quality work
