About the role

Culture Studio is seeking a Production Scheduler to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize waste.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a production scheduling or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with production scheduling software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
