About the role

We are looking for a production operator for the Industry & Water segment in St Louis, MO. This position requires working safely according to established procedures, troubleshooting problems, performing laboratory analysis tasks, and ensuring the proper operation of all equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring tank levels and process instrumentation
• Operating pumps, valves, filter presses, controls and other operating devices
• Loading finished goods
• Connecting/disconnecting railroad cars
• Operating the forklift trucks, skid steers, and overhead cranes
• And any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Experience working with little supervision
• Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay

The hourly rate for consideration for this position is $27.62 per hour with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid time off, life/disability insurance and a 401k retirement plan (which includes a company match).
