Operator Blending/Loading II

Synergy Recycling LLC in Kingsland, GA is looking for a safety-focused team member to handle blending, loading, and shipping of lube oil products.

Responsibilities

• Calculates gallons and prepares customs documents for export to Canada
• Prepares, reviews, and files shipping paperwork for domestic and international bulk shipments
• Tests equipment for repairs and determines lock out tag out (LOTO) status
• Operates the facility yard dog to manage trailer assets
• Inspects shipping containers, railcars, and barges to meet Federal Railroad D.O.T. and U.S. Coast Guard requirements
• Responsible for work permits
• Prepares samples of finished products and submits to Lab for approval to transfer and/or load for shipment
• Organizes and maintains truck and rail loading areas
• May be assigned additional duties based on business needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years’ experience in a production-driven environment
• Knowledge of railcar, tanker loading, blending, or filling preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to count, read, and manage time effectively
• Must be able to communicate and work with a team
• Mechanically inclined is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, climb, and stand for long periods
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement
• Confined Space Entry experience
