Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate machinery as assigned
• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record pieces produced along with all defects and scrap
• Complete all required paperwork
• Always practice safety
• Must be able to stand for an 8–12-hour shift
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds, 30 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
• Must be able to reach into press and pull parts from mold
• Must be able to stoop or bend to clean mold
• Must be willing to rotate jobs
• Must be available to work any shift as assigned
• Must be able to run all compounds
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
• Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by supervisor or team leader
• Must be able to wear protective eye wear, armguards, gloves and steel toed shoes and any other required personal protective equipment.
