• Operate and monitor equipment to keep production running smoothly
• Clean industrial equipment and workstations
• Complete quality checks and follow safety protocols
• Communicate issues clearly and work as part of a close-knit team
• Be on time, every time — your role matters here

MUST-HAVE (Non-Negotiables)

• Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Able to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
• Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
• Able to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Able to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume conditions
• Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical
• High School Diploma or GED

NICE-TO-HAVE (Preferred But Not Required)

• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Positive employee referral or professional reference
• Interest in learning new skills and cross-training over time
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment
