About the role

CNC Operator 1 position starting in Oxnard, CA with relocation to Henderson, NV around January 4, 2027. Responsibilities

• Follow safety requirements within the department.
• Follow daily and weekly schedules.
• Find, read & follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).
• Find basic diameters and dimensions on a blueprint.
• Correctly load and unload parts.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.
• Maintain machines (oils, coolant, filters, and cleanliness).
• Operate powered and non‑powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift.
• Report any damage to a supervisor or manager.
• Follow instructions, procedures and escalate any issue impacting workflow or quality.
• Exhibit honesty and integrity and adhere to rules, procedures and policies.

This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1–3 months of related experience or equivalent combination.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
