About the role

Vishay Marshall is currently seeking applicants for an Operator position. The role is based in Marshall, MN, located near SMSU and in the industrial park.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Executes task(s), as ordered or explained.
• Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

Requirements

• No education or experience required, but highly beneficial.
• Great hand dexterity.
• Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually).
• Ability to use a microscope for 9 hours daily.
• Maintain good relationships with co-workers and supervisors.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am
