Operations Warehouse Lead 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Delegates and assigns work duties.
• Captures and coordinates departmental activities with other FNGP personnel, cells, and support functions, internal and external to this facility.
• Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence or any nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality system either directly or by recommendation through designated channels.
• Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Supports the training and maintains the training matrix within their assigned zone and reporting job classes.
• Engages and develops team for continuous improvement.
• Identifies and addresses safety concerns.
• Learns and leads by example to enable a positive workplace.
• Reports work results, concerns, and improvement ideas up the organization.
• Assigns job responsibilities and evaluates for completion.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to successfully lead a large team.
• Previous experience in leading people.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems required: specific knowledge of SAP and Bartender software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.
