This position is located onsite at our facility in Sugarland, TX, supporting the AmerisourceBergen business, which provides supply chain services to healthcare providers and health systems in the United States. The role administers a variety of training and development programs for associates within assigned Distribution Center(s).

Responsibilities

• Assesses training and development needs.
• Helps individuals and teams develop appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of learning and development content related to all phases of associate development.
• Provides training documentation, performance tracking and training delivery.
• Delivers training programs for associates, including compliance, safety, specific job function training and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Oversees training in all key areas of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, quality control, pick, pack, inventory management systems.
• Determines training needs and communicates them to their manager and assists with the development of training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids, using a variety of media through contributions as a subject matter expert.
