The Operations Training Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs across distribution centers. Key Duties Include Developing learning materials, instructional content, and visual aids as a subject matter expertAssessing associate skills and performance, providing evaluations and improvement recommendationsOnboarding new hires and managing training curricula to address skill gaps and future training needsOverseeing warehouse operations training in areas such as shipping, receiving, and inventory managementEnsuring compliance, safety, and standard procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to Qualifications And Skills Include Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience or equivalentExperience in training program development and warehouse operations preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with software tools and remote meeting platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus
