About the role
The role of Operations Trainer is crucial in ensuring that all operational processes are efficiently executed and understood by the team. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, assessing employee performance, and providing feedback.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees
- Audit and assess employee performance against training objectives
- Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business goals
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Training and Development)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development roles
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with training software and tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule
