About the role
The Operations Technology (OT) Manager at United States, Portsmouth (New Hampshire) Operations is responsible for leading the reliable, secure, and compliant operation of OT systems supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manufacturing and laboratory environments. This role also oversees the lifecycle of critical platforms like DeltaV, Syncade, and MODA, manages site OT projects, and integrates OT systems with enterprise IT platforms.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable, secure, and compliant OT operations for manufacturing and laboratory environments.
- Manage the lifecycle of critical platforms including DeltaV, Syncade, and MODA.
- Lead site OT projects, system upgrades, and global IT/OT digital initiatives.
- Serve as the primary bridge linking OT systems with enterprise IT platforms.
- Architect secure systems and maintain strict alignment with global OT cybersecurity standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to cGMP regulations, data integrity, and system validation.
- Direct a team of 10-12 personnel while driving continuous improvement through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT or related field)
- 10+ years of experience in OT, automation, IT or related systems in a GMP environment
- Leadership experience managing technical teams and project portfolios
- Experience with DeltaV, Syncade, or MODA systems preferred
- Strong understanding of OT architecture, MES, automation, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity principles
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
