Operations Technician/Machine Operator (2nd Shift) → Operations Technician/Machine Operator (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machinery in a metal fabrication environment.
• Make technical decisions with good judgment.
• Perform all required preventative maintenance and housekeeping following 5S procedures.
• Use hand tools and measurement devices to inspect parts to specifications.
• Read and interpret design drawings and dimensions.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams and communicate quality issues.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Experience operating machinery in a metal fabrication setting.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, calipers, and measuring devices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn from more experienced operators.
