Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure programs from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage program charters, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Oversee interconnected workstreams across network, compute, and cloud environments.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans effectively.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and provide strategic reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in technical program management, with 5 years in enterprise-scale programs.
• Proven success in delivering multi-million-dollar strategic programs.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing senior executives.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies.
