About the role

As an Operational Team Member, you'll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families every day.
No previous industry experience is required; we provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment following established procedures
- Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care
- Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes
- Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
