Operations Team Member | Operations and Care Center Services
Location: Trusted Journey Pet Memorial Center, Byron Center, MI. Compensation: $19–$21 per hour (DOE). Schedule: Part‑time, Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am–4:30 pm (training during the week prior to start).

Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
- Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
- Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with pick-ups/deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
