Operations Team Member
About the Role
At Agape Pet Services, a part of Gateway Services, we provide compassionate pet aftercare, supporting families and veterinary partners during difficult times. As an Operational Team Member, you'll ensure every pet is treated with dignity and respect, making a meaningful difference daily. No previous industry experience is required—we provide all necessary training.
Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
- Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
- Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Working Environment
This is an on-site role within a Gateway Care Center. The position is active, involving standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
Pay
$20.00–$23.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm
