Operations Team Member

About the role

Located in Hamilton, OH, Gateway Services provides compassionate pet aftercare services, helping families through one of life's most difficult moments. As an Operational Team Member, you'll ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail, working alongside a supportive team to make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families each day. No previous industry experience is required; we provide all the training you need to succeed. The role is on‑site within a Gateway Care Center and involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
