Operations System Analyst - Electronic Warfare

About the Role

This individual will perform integration and testing on Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. They will develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards.

Travel is negligible. An ACTIVE Interim Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Electronic Warfare system software testing of government-owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems.
  • Development, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in testing.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Linux.
  • Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
  • Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences.
  • Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities.
  • Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E.
  • Agile methodology.

Pay

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 (USD). Compensation is determined by experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract-specific requirements.
