Operations Support Specialist - Radiation Therapy

About the role

The Operations Support Specialist (OSS) functions as part of the site-based leadership team in support of, and responsible for all clinic operations. The primary focus will be prior authorizations and revenue cycle for the department.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Practice Supervisor in coordinating work activities
• Resolves problems
• Trains and orientates support staff
• Contributes to performance evaluations of support staff
• Makes suggestions and participates in process improvements
• Supports the achievement of established Medical Group performance expectations

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting
