Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage incoming work items
  • Analyze and compile information to create new actions
  • Route actions to appropriate stakeholders
  • Document and track actions to completion
  • Analyze and summarize key points relevant to government decision-makers
  • Organize and relay government responses
  • Analyzing legal and policy documents related to the FISA authorities to extract key information
  • Aiding in the establishment and maintenance of effective operations and compliance controls
  • Integrating laws and policies into modernized processes to achieve mission objectives
  • Ensuring the timely tracking and access to critical information for mission operations and compliance purposes
  • Implementing task tracking through documentation software (e.g., Confluence and JIRA)
  • Preparing reports, metrics, trend analysis, and briefings targeted to the customer’s needs
  • Training new team members

Requirements

  • 5 years experience and a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years experience and a Master's Degree, or 6 years experience and an Associate's degree, or 8 years of experience with no degree.
  • Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management, or Information Technology).
  • Experience must involve compliance, legal, auditing, or related work, and include experience in an area directly related to Customer missions (e.g., collection, intelligence, cybersecurity).
  • Working in an often fast-paced environment to timely coordinate Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications with a high level of customer and stakeholder interface.
  • Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Guides in support of operations, compliance, and policy requirements.

Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly Physical Clearance.
