Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains various monthly and quarterly operations reports (e.g., LUFG, capital job status, safety awareness activities, etc.).
- Affords assistance with third party damages through Riskmaster System.
- Performs One Call notifications and updates.
- Affords assistance with ARO process as required due to segregation of duties.
- Reviews and reconciles Onepay credit card expenses utilizing on-line Onepay system.
- Affords assistance with preparation of cost estimates for new services as needed or requested by supervision.
- Updates and maintains weekly call-out schedule and dispatch daily line-up for District, Area or local office.
- Captures and coordinates fleet maintenance schedules, mileage reports, notification of CDL certification requirements, vehicle inspections, etc.
- Ensures work orders are sent to GIS in a timely manner.
- Reviews and processes various ITRON-Meter Reading Reports/Can’t Reads.
- Researches and resolves customer problems.
- Requests for information and/or records maintenance in compliance with legal retention schedules while following prescribed procedures and practices.
- Prepares necessary SAP records to document receipt and issuance of materials and supplies.
- Performs duties that include answering the phone, filing, faxing, copying, mail distribution, I-buy purchases, etc.
Education
- Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and/or percentages), grammar and punctuation.
Experience
- Ops Rep I: No prior related work experience required.
- Ops Rep II: Minimum of three years of gas distribution experience, including two years SAP experience.
- Ops Rep III: Minimum of five years of gas distribution experience, including two years SAP experience.

Physical Requirements
- Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Able to demonstrate and apply the manual dexterity to operate a personal computer.
- Able to view computer terminal for extended periods of time.
- Able to operate office equipment including telephone, copier, fax machine, and calculator.
Working Conditions
- Able to perform work indoors in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office or private office.
- Able to work with moderate daily pressure to meet deadlines.
