About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage budget and financial performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and streamline processes.
  • Support staff with training, coaching, and career development opportunities.
  • Respond to emergencies and manage crises effectively.
  • Travel frequently to support various hotel locations within our portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading teams in a hospitality setting.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Living on-site during assignments and frequent travel required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hotel management or a similar field.
  • Hotel industry certifications preferred.

Schedule
