About the Role

Eurofins EAG Agroscience, LLC (EAS) is seeking a temporary, full-time Operations Support Lab Technician to join the Sample Milling team in Columbia, MO. This role involves managing test materials and supporting laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Use software applications to track receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and archiving of test materials.
• Receive, create IDs, log-in, and store materials upon receipt.
• Move or transfer materials between departments and check materials in/out as requested by study personnel.
• Maintain proper paperwork for all material transactions.
• Return, dispose of, or archive materials at study finalization.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Laboratory Practices, Current Good Manufacturing Processes (CGMP), and relevant regulations (USDA, DOT, EPA, MDNR, OSHA, FDA, etc.) for quarantined matrices, genetically altered crops, and all materials/samples.
• Maintain accurate and legible documentation.
• Perform routine calibration tasks for balances.
• Assist in unloading trucks and storing materials appropriately.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College lab classes or familiarity with a lab environment preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Candidates living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
