About the role
Perform manufacturing activities in a regulated environment ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure containers, measuring devices, and workspaces are cleaned and maintained according to established procedures.
- Monitor equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and compliance with established procedures.
- Complete and review manufacturing documentation accurately and contemporaneously in accordance with document control procedures.
- Support adherence to quality systems by identifying and escalating documentation or compliance issues.
- Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure batches contain proper ingredients and quantities.
- Print and apply labels, data sheets, and associated documentation for manufacturing operations.
- Operate automated and manual equipment in accordance with approved workflows and processes.
- Generate, complete, and review batch records and associated manufacturing documentation.
- Clean and prepare laboratory glassware, containers, and measuring devices in accordance with SOPs.
- Monitor laboratory supply levels and coordinate restocking of materials to support manufacturing activities.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and compliant laboratory workspace.
- Assist in coordinating workflow and daily production activities within the manufacturing area.
- Maintain and review lot histories and production data to identify trends or opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with process development activities and support validation-related manufacturing tasks.
- Identify, investigate, and assist in resolving process deviations, equipment issues, and production discrepancies.
- Serve as a technical resource to assist in troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and manufacturing experience preferred.
- Three to six years of relevant experience required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Schedule
Full-time weekly schedule.
Pay
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $31.29 - $48.89 per hour plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Pay is determined by role, level, location, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
