About the role
This position typically relates to areas in WCM, Global Process & Change Management, Six Sigma programs or the design, deployment and support of various operational support applications such as Shop Floor Control Systems / Operating Models / Maintenance Management Systems / etc.
Responsibilities
- Procures or adapts change management tools for use on Celestica projects and initiatives.
- Procures or develops education to support the use of the CM methodology.
- Provides CM knowledge transfer to Celestica internal consultants, Project leaders and sponsors.
- Provides guidance to project leaders and sponsors on effective change management practices.
- Establishes and executes consulting agreements and measures with Celestica project sponsors and leaders.
- Promotes the use of change management within Celestica.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in engineering, business, SCM, organization design, operational and quality processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in appropriate industry standards such as ISO, TL, QS, Baldrige
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge in database design, system architecture, business process re-engineering, change management, facilitation in a consensus environment and software engineering processes
Qualifications
- Eight plus years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
