Position Summary
Responsible for administrative/clerical tasks; this position supports various functions in the Operations Detail department.

- Professional, well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with outside parties, members, and team.
- Fundamental mathematical knowledge/skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines; adapt to workflow changes by managing competing demands and effectively handle frequent change, delays, or other unexpected events.
Responsibilities
- Accurately file Operations-related documents; input and scan data into database, and prepare correspondence.
- Perform tasks related to creating copies, sending correspondence, supply orders, and other office tasks.
- Adhere to training and develop a strong standard of credit union policies/procedures and services.
- Maintain member privacy while monitoring for fraudulent and deceptive practices.
- Provide timely assistance for internal/external operations-related questions.
- Alert appropriate credit union official(s) if fraudulent or suspicious activity is observed.
- Act in accordance with compliance rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- May consider any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
