About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Support in Indianapolis! Monday through Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve Missing POD’s.
• Receive, review, process, track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Routing/Attaching outbound shipments.
• Quoting new shipments.
• Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Other duties and tasks assigned as requested.
• High Volume Data Entry.
• Aid with customer service issues as they arise.
• Follow-up with Operations with billing-related issues.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Experience with customer service or operations support.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Able to multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and technical written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to type 35+ wpm minimum.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
