Operations Support Associate- Part Time

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety rules, GMP guidelines, and food safety requirements, actively contributing to a safe and compliant work environment.
• Provides operator coverage during assigned rest periods and supports production continuity across lines as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area and performs general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
• Works collaboratively with operators, maintenance, and other plant personnel to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Assists maintenance team members with basic equipment troubleshooting and supports resolution of minor line issues.
• Accurately documents production activities and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Weeks shifts may be offered based on production needs.
• Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Light manufacturing or production experience preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn will be considered.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and perform basic math required.
