About the Role
This Technology Operations Support Analyst opportunity focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and frictionless access to the technology, platforms, and systems employees rely on every day. The role combines end-user support, IT operations, automation, endpoint management, SaaS administration, and security operations. The position is well suited for someone who looks for ways to eliminate repetitive manual work through scripting and automation. Rather than treating provisioning, software deployment, or system administration as permanently manual processes, the role is expected to identify opportunities to build more scalable and efficient workflows. This position also works at the intersection of IT operations and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, white-glove support for end-user computing issues and customer-facing platform problems while promoting a strong security mindset across the organization.
- Cook up and support user provisioning and deprovisioning processes while continuously identifying opportunities to automate identity and access lifecycles.
- Maintain a watchful eye on critical security tools and review, respond to, and appropriately escalate security events to help protect company and client data.
- Translate relevant security intelligence into actionable configurations within security tools and support the implementation and operational use of threat event monitoring and response capabilities.
- Support seamless software deployment, coordinate the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities, and manage system patching across the device fleet.
- Monitor key performance indicators across internal systems and SaaS applications to identify potential issues and resolve them before they affect employee productivity.
- Continuous learning, expanding technical and security knowledge, evaluating new technologies, and developing practical hands-on skills that can strengthen the organization’s infrastructure and defensive capabilities.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience working as a helpdesk analyst, security operations analyst, or in a comparable support environment, with a foundational understanding of triage, remediation, and escalation procedures. Demonstrated experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 helpdesk support with an emphasis on empathy, organization, and efficient issue resolution. Beginner-to-intermediate scripting or software development experience in any programming language, with the ability to use automation to reduce repetitive operational work. Familiarity with the basic operation, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS environments. Familiarity with modern software distribution and remote device management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Kaseya, or ConnectWise for Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS environments.
- Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience working with and administering enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Azure AD, Slack, and Zoom. Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Experience operating, configuring, tuning, or deploying security technology stacks and threat monitoring solutions.
