About the role
The successful candidate will manage the weekend shift employees, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to company policies. They will lead operations, train new hires, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the safety, staffing, training, and overall performance of the weekend shift employees.
- Maintain productivity levels and assign tasks as necessary.
- Lead operations, balancing throughput and cost while maintaining quality and service.
- Work independently and collaborate with other shift supervisors.
- Act as a resource for team members, ensuring proper procedures are followed and efficiency is improved.
- Lead by example, embodying company policies and inspiring a motivated team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role in an operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and relay company policies/procedures.
- Dependable and personable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven problem solver with a strong understanding of business implications.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing various projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Influential leader capable of driving change within the department.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and execute realistic action plans.
- Familiarity with trading cards, tickets, and other forms of sports and non-sports collectibles.
Qualifications
- Passport and valid US visa required.
- Experience with e-Verify preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $63,000-$75,000. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
Schedule
The position schedule is either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, 7:00am-5:30pm.
