Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our equipment and services.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that equipment is properly maintained and ready for rental.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to order new equipment and manage returns.
  • Train and supervise other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
