Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our equipment and services.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that equipment is properly maintained and ready for rental.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order new equipment and manage returns.
- Train and supervise other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
