Operations Supervisor - Second Shift

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise CMA personnel.
• Monitor the operation of CMA equipment and systems.
• Ensure that material is shipped to the customer on time.
• Determine the need for Hot Shot material and ensure that the Five Alarm Process is initiated and executed.
• Manage the shipping and receiving systems.
• Cookordinate activities with other departments.
• Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
• Responsible for On-the-Job Training of Material Movement Team Members.
• Applies the performance of Material Movement Team Members.
• Rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Involves in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drive the company’s Continuous Improvement Process and Policies.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Minimum of a high school Diploma.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Warehousing and Shipping/Receiving experience (Required).
• Supervisor/ Leadership/ Management experience (Required).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
