Operations Supervisor - Residential

Responsibilities

• Helps develop and execute safety goals.
• Maintains oversight of daily operations for drivers and makes staffing and routing adjustments as needed.
• Conducts field inspections and audits of all site personnel to ensure adherence to proper work procedures.
• Handles and reviews customer complaints related to collections programs.
• Formulates both short-term and long-term goals and action plans with the Operations Manager.
• Participates in regular P&L reviews to ensure budget, labor, and material costs are met.
• Oversees a variety of complex compliance programs, including environmental, DOT, OSHA, and local permitting.

Requirements

• Previous operations experience in the Trash Industry preferred.
• 2 or more years of managing in a people-driven environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA guidelines.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel/Word and the ability to learn and use company specialized applications.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly accountable, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Class B CDL or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Pay

$85,000 - 90,000 with bonus eligibility.
