Operations Supervisor (Lead BHT)

About the role

The Operations Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in Crisis, Inpatient and/or Transition Point programs. The role involves coordinating with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• Oversees and guides the Patient Care Technician(s) in completing the intake and discharge process.
• Assists the Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to enhance patient throughput.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.
• An associate’s degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred.
• At least 1 year of full-time health care-related work experience involving both behavioral and medical crisis situations is required.
• At least 1 year of leadership and/or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, an associate’s degree in a relevant field, and at least 1 year of full-time health care-related work experience involving both behavioral and medical crisis situations. Leadership and supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
