Operations Supervisor (Lead BHT)
About the role
The Operations Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in Crisis, Inpatient and/or Transition Point programs. The role involves coordinating with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
- Oversees and guides the Patient Care Technician(s) in completing the intake and discharge process.
- Assists the Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to enhance patient throughput.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- An associate’s degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred.
- At least 1 year of full-time health care-related work experience involving both behavioral and medical crisis situations is required.
- At least 1 year of leadership and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
Qualifications
CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency providing various programs across Arizona. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, an associate’s degree in a relevant field, and at least 1 year of full-time health care-related work experience involving both behavioral and medical crisis situations. Leadership and supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
