National salary range: $62,500 – $70,000. California: $70,304 – $82,000. Washington: $80,169 – $82,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support; build a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
