National salary range: $62,500–$70,000. California: $70,304–$82,000. Washington: $80,169–$82,000.

About the role
As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities go beyond daily management—you will implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and drive the overall success of DHL Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
- Foster open communication and collaboration, facilitating dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
- 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
