What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of multiple branch locations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop plumbing technicians through ride-alongs, field support, and ongoing training.
- Improve technician performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Partner with dispatch, customer service, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Aid in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
- Help resolve customer concerns and operational challenges quickly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory, materials, tools, vehicles, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain key performance metrics (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and branch performance initiatives.
- Step in to lead operations when the General Manager is unavailable.
Qualifications
- Residential plumbing experience strongly preferred.
- Skilled trades leadership experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory, operations, or leadership experience.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Pay
$60,000 Base + Performance Incentive Plan
