About the role

Join Viking Coca-Cola in Willmar, MN as an Operations Supervisor and lead a dedicated team of drivers and warehouse staff. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to drivers and warehouse staff to ensure top-notch performance.
• Oversee inventory management and optimize delivery schedules.
• Manage operating expenses and maintain facility standards.
• Uphold consistent operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives and maintain a safety-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse management software.
• Familiarity with tractor/trailer operations.
• Valid Class D driver’s license (Class A preferred).
• Ability to obtain a health card upon completing a Motor Vehicle Check aligned with the company’s Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Previous experience in beverage vending is a plus.

Pay

$65,000 – $75,000 per year.
